I have a 7520 4 -wheel drive I bought new in 06. It now has 590 hours. It started to run rough so I thought it may be the filters, replaced but did not help. It will not idle below 1500 rpms without dying sounds just like it has a little miss and the engine pulls down fast when even trying to pick up the bucket. Noticed the injecter pump was hot to the touch even after a few minuites of running. Oh and when I give it full throtle it winds up slowly but does not govern it self at the redline, any ideals what may be wrong with it?

You may have a suction leak in the fuel line. What filters did you change?

Check the air filter. They can collapse and choke intake if they get really dirty.

Did that, a service teck said to check the banjo fitting on the pump for trash inside or a bad fitting, still hopefull not the injecter pump,

Not likely at that low of hrs. Also look for a pinched fuel line. That has happened to me.

Pulled air filters, checked fuel lines, even pulled lines from tank, removed banjo fittings, still does not run right, guess time to get a mechanic to look at it, thank you Larry, I can't think of anything else to check, but the two selonoids get hot, pulled the one easy to get to no trash in it.
