i noticed last night it has a block heater to, or at least thats what i assume the plug hanging out the hood is for. i sort of wish i bought the suspended deck but they said it would take longer to get ready and i was tired of waiting and dont know if cost would have been more or less for the other deck...i assumed more

Congrats on the B7610! I bought a B7800 from Skinners in Pickford MI (UP) last November.
Good thing it has a block heater as that will aid in making the tractor fully operational much sooner on those cold winter days.
I'd like to suggest you use Power Serve and get a Mr. Funnel. Based on my personal experience condensation and water in the fuel are major problems when you live as far north as we do
