Mine stays in gear too...and I like to live safely... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Conscious decision on my part. Especially since I don't have many flat places to park the tractor on. It is HST (which must be obvious I suppose) and since the tractor will pretty much hold position with the HST in neutral and the parking brake off, I feel the HST offers a back up protection of sorts, should the parking brake come loose for some reason while the tractor is on a slope.

I do always set the parking brake before getting off the tractor. Come to think of it, I never change ranges on a steep slope either...the tractor always stays in the same gear range until things level out pretty much... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks again for the responses, I have a few more questions... I am thinking about getting either a box blade or a rear grader blade what sizes would work for my tractor? And the float feature that they have can it be used going forward too or would it dig in to deep. Thanks
