790 aftermarket loader hydraulic connection

Remove the large plug/cap on the front of your rock shaft and insert the "internal" plug to close off the port. Mine was installed on the port that was on the right side of the tractor.

What tractor are you working on? Never mind 990 sorry. My neighbor has one if he brings back I'll go look to see how his is plumbed.

If pic is in your computer, then go to the "Go Advanced" button, then follow the procedure.

If pic is not in your computer, then for me best way is to do a screen capture, save it as .jpg file, and then do as above.

Shoot back if you run into a problem... as I have no clue what "rockhouse" might be.

If u are standing at steering wheel looking at back tractor my 2 service lines are plumbed into the Left hand side hex plugs of rockhouse and return goes into side transmission

I looked on green parts and it shows the internal plug in the first port (front of tractor)

Donnie31 sorry for all the questions it痴 just this headache has been in our shop since Christmas and local John Deere dealer told me they didn稚 want to mess with it because all the service info has been deleted from their computer so I致e been in the dark on this project thanks for the help

John Deere Parts Catalog Go to the 990 SCV parts the drawing seems that you have 2 ports on the right side of the tractor. It appears the one toward the front of the tractor is the one that takes the plug. Look at the drawing part 30 is the plug.

Donnie31 special thanks to ya the plug actually went in the front port but loader is working like it should all over a 2.67$ plug lol glad it fixed
