As the others have said, lower the arms then roll the bucket. I can lift the front of my 790/70 that way.

I see you've got the "other" R1 tires/wheels on yours. Mine are one piece rear rims and seem wider but not as tall. I like the adjustable rims you've got. How do you like them?

The rear rims are at there widest so I'm not planning on moving them. I've only had the tractor for about 5 weeks and have plowed a foot of snow once and graded the road 3 or 4 times and the tires have great traction, the tractor lots of power. It starts a bit hard at 8600 feet but that's probably just the way is is going to be at that altitude for a diesel. Usually use the heat on the intake air. Very happy with the tractor. Had a 20 hours grey market Yanmar before and like this tractor much better. Actually this is a Yanmar too just bigger and new.

I'm planning on putting on a selector valve and the angle hydraulics for the blade before next winter (our snow starts in Sept or Oct). Trying to figure out how to put a tool box on a better place than the fender I have one on now. The tool box is too small. Otherwise since I don't do extensive loader work and I can live with the gear transmission I'm very happy with the tractor.

I have no problem picking my front tires off the ground with the bucket curled down. Are you trying to do this with the front blade or the bucket? The blade may be the issue. If you can't curl it down enough your lift cylinders may be bottoming out at the end of their stroke. You may need to have the dealer check the output of the hyd. pump. Mine was off by 300 psi when I took delivery of my 790.
Although 300 psi may not seem like alot I did notice an improvement once they set it to the correct pressure.

I'm using the bucket. The blade is off until the first snow. I am however routing the bucket first and then lowering the arms. This evening I will try to reverse that and see if I can lift the front wheels. I was concerned about hydraulic pressure which is why I initially asked what the part number was for the shims to increase the hydraulic pressure.

Sorry that is "rotating the bucket" not "routing the bucket". My fingers are much faster than my brain this morning.

My tractor has not been shimmed it was just set at the proper factory setting after I took delivery.

Just curl the bucket so the cutting edge is pointing straight down and it should pick the front end right off the ground.
