As Buck said, A tooth bar for the FEL is almost a must for any kind of digging. Have some hooks welded on the bucket also. The three things i use most are; 1) FEL, 2) 5' rotary cutter, 3) 6' landscape rake.
Bucket level indicator, work light, block heater if you are in a cold climate. I would get also get any plumbing you want done right away (extra SCVs, rear ports, etc).
On the imatch thing, I waited and went with Pat's Easy Change instead. I get a lot of use out of my PHD and its one of the few systems that works with that.
