Buying Advice 8 inch backhoe bucket for BX25

I know that there are many knowledgeable folks out there so instead of a big story of the pro's and con's of bucket size, I would just like to put forth the following:
An 8" bucket would be useful to me.

Local dealer MSRP is 450 to order one.
Do all Kubota dealers read the same MSRP book?
Would anyone know of any aftermarket mfgs of kubota buckets?
Anyone know any dealers with "leftover" stock for a lower price willing to ship to MA?
Used with shipping is also an option too.
Just throwing this out there for your consideration.
Yes, I can use my 12 in bucket, but smaller would be better for some areas I need to get to. And Yes, $$ would be a factor in determining if I "REALLY" need a smaller bucket. I thank you in advance for any thoughts.

A used Kubota 12" bucket on Craigslist here is $200 (asking). But finding a used 8" is going to be tough.

450 sounds reasonable.

It would probably cost near that for me to make one.

Hi Just recently somebody had a link to about a 1 year old kub wholegoods list. 8" bucket bt2930 K281b58 31# was $361 for an idea. I just saved the list but you can do a search for "wholegoods".

Patience can help with this. I spent 2 months looking for an 8" bucket for my BX24 which is the same bucket as your BX25. Finally got one couple weeks ago shipped from a guy in Boston from craigslist. $170 delivered and I was ecstatic since it saved me driving several hours. It was brand new and had the original $361 price sticker still on it. Good hunting!
