843B Unknown Switch

I recently purchased an 843B and while trying to figure out a "creeping" problem I found this switch in the steering linkage. There is a small metal plate broken off of one of the linkages. I can't find the switch or the broken plate in any of the online parts books. Could it be a reverse switch?

Yes, that is for the back-up alarm. When in the Bobcat online parts catalog for you model & serial number scroll down to Options & Accessories for Back-up Alarm Kit. It was not standard equipment on all machines at that time so it is listed in Options/Accessories.
