8560 4WD

Give that 7520 a try on a 15' batwing, I think you will be surprised how well it will handle it. It has been done before.
Probably would since I only maintain pasture with it. I may look at a 12 foot single wing style which I think would serve my needs and property better.

Thanks for the info, yes I have the 10' bushog. If I didn't I would go with the same tractor you have and a 8' hog. My hog has the 1000 speed pto, that is one reason I am looking at the 8560.
The 7520 has a reversable PTO shaft, 540/1000RPM.

Went there and checked the blog out. Looks like Joel maybe works for Mahindra, he is trying to sell stuff like hats, pens, shirts and the like. Where is the rest of the 97% of mahindra owners at. I emailed the company and haven"t gotten a reply yet!!! JUST LOOKING FOR PROOF? My money means a lot to me. Seems like Joel has had some problems. Cracking around the lug nuts? I have a 30 year old ford tractor that never had such a problem. It's had the double ll run out of it!!!

Cracked block on a new tractor, lucky it was in warranty. How the heck does a cast iron block crack other than no antifreeze in it. Looking for answers?

Instead of acting like TBN folks need to justify their purchases to you, use the seach feature or scroll through the Mahindra forum history and you'll find plenty of info on satisfaction levels.

Unless you're just tryin' to stir the pot....

My dealer does not have the 7520, is it an older tractor? I am fixing to head over to mahindra and see if it is available.

The 7520 model is going on 6 years old. While there are some 7520 models left, I don't think that they are making them anymore, the ones left are probably older inventory with the 8560 being its replacement. These two models look the same. There are minor changes with some small upgrades, basically the same tractor. If you go to the Mahindra website, you can look at the specs of each of them and compare.

just bought a 8560 4x4. step up from mf283. so far so good. BIG power, comfort. handles bush hog 3008, 3x14 plows with ease and I'm not worried about handling my hay equipment. my buddy has a 6520 and he loves it too. i live in Monroe county (Switzerland of Ohio) and it's very steady on hill sides. as i said so far so good..

I just got my 8560 4X4 and absolutely love it. I only have about 25 hours on it so far and it has shown to have some large cajones when lifting. It is also very, very good on fuel consumption. I cut about 25 acres of my place with an 8' Big Bee shredder running at PTO RPM and it burned between 1.5-2.0 gph.

The Armstrong after market grapple is simply amazing and the best money I've ever spent without a doubt.

How's this for lifting power?

This is a huge old mesquite that fell in a storm about 18 months ago. The 8560 picked it up without any problem whatsoever. I don't even know what it weighed but I'll assure you that no Kubota or John Deere 80hp tractor would have got it off the ground 1"!

By the way, with water in my tires my machine with the grapple on it weighed 11,350 on a certified scale. I'd imagine it'd take 100+ horses of kubota to come anywhere near that weight, most likely more!

^^^^Color me impressed, that is a CRAZY heavy load for a tractor with a FEL -- did you have weights out back????

where did u get ur canopy??

The dealer added it on for me as an 'extra'.

The Canopy is made by the Perry Company. Here is the link:
The Perry Company: Aardvark Canopy

I like it alot as it is big enough to shade and even keep rain off you. It is also high enough that I can still get easy access on and off the machine without bumping my melon and I am 6'4". I believe it was about a $300 add on when I purchased it.
