It was a wet spring and early summer, not too many 100 degree days, and we got 0.6" of rain this week. Last year was a drought and all the trees were shedding their leaves to save water. This year all the leaves are still green. The mimosa in the front yard is still in full bloom and hasn't even bothered to set seed. The deer have a good layer of fat, and the fawns are half grown already. It's been cloudy in the 70s this week, but supposed to be back up to 87 by Saturday.
