She runs off a 5 gallon can with a hose from the bulb to the can. The fuel line is not pinched.
I blew some air in the line from the prime bulb to the tank and it's clear.
There are 3 hoses running out of the tank top. 1 is the fuel out line to the prime bulb. 2nd (the same size) is the fuel return line. The 3rd is a larger hose which I assume is the breather line (intake or pressure release??).
The larger hose is broken at the end that attaches somewhere inside around the steering control rack. That's where I was working this winter replacing a hydraulic line.
Is that broken piece maybe a one way pressure release and is letting air into the tank??
