8n Clutch?

it think clutch went in my 8n . i would like to know is there a way i can see if it is the clutch or a gear in the transmission that went?
i was using the tractor, then it made a noise and quite moving, and no pto or hydraulics.

What were you doing when it went out? Can you change gears without grinding?

I was using a box blade.. i tore it apart and it was the clutch. it broke the rivets out of the centre clutch.
