Per the OP's diagram post #6 several snap rings; #21, #22 and #26
Per yours post#10 also several; #11, #14, and #19
It looks like quite the convoluted shaft and housing.
Glad I'm not the one disassembling it, also several shims to keep in order.

Brought the output shaft and casing to our local tractor dealership, and it was far simpler to remove than I had imagined. Basically the oil seal is the last item on the shaft so a tech just pryed it a flathead screwdriver hammered in a bit. The new seal is on order. Thanks for sticking with me through this project. I hope the photos help the next person out.
