92 Ford 7740 e22 code

My 7740 stopped moving and kicked e22 code. PWM solenoid test at 2.5 ohms. Read another thread about this problem but didn't talk much on what to test. Would appreciate some help.

I would have to find my manual. Been a few years since one of these has been in the shop. IIRC, this one has the single stick power shift transmission?

Has three levers forward/reverse,16speed with speed shift up/down and high/low shift.

Going to test main clutch and front clutch solenoids for ohms trying to trace wiring. I did have the battery light come a couple of different times and one time the low voltage came on my hesston 946 monitor. Cleaned battery cables and seem to help that problem. Alternator test 14.20 output,batteries test a load of 12.94 setting
