95 ford f250 wont charge battery

That would be a 3g alt with built in reg, grey. Run a heavy guage wire from Bat pos to alt term to by-pass fusible link (test only) this reads Bat voltage to tell the VR when to shut off. if still no charge check small b/w wire in connector for break, known problem. you can run a small temp wire to the pin the b/w connects to, to test, this excites the alt. good luck

You may want to check the bat wire from the alternator to the starter solenoid mounted on the right fender - worked on a 1989 and the wire had gone open internally looked fine-but measured open circuit- so i pulled on the end that connects to the solenoid and it had burned open inside the wires plastic covering...
Not sure how much changed in those 6 years as far as alternator wiring...

Fusible links sometimes just look like a slight bulge in the wire covered by heat shrink.

Also check to see if the glow plug relay is stuck on.
