99 JD 430 hydro trans locking

Just purchased a used JDeere 430, had the differential replaced, upon returning it, it appeared to operate fine, now, in high range or medium, when you mash the forward pedal, it binds up and makes a whinning noise "pretty loud", if I push gently it will move, then I can push a little more and more until it reaches top speed, Any ideas? its under warranty, but I do not trust the mechanic as it was returned to me with other items still messed up that were to be fixed, ANY IDEAS?

Does this sound only happen in high range.
Not sure if that a good idea to mash the pedal forward and hope the transmisson will respond to your wishes.

Have you replace the hydraulic fluid and filter lately.

Talk to the dealer and tell him your not please w/the out come,than see if the both of you can come to agreement.
