995 hyd sounds

I have a 1991 case IH 4x4 995 with a front end loader i have owned it for 15 years .its had this trouble as long as i have owned it. now that i have a computer i can get some trouble shooting questions answered i hope. the problem is that some times when your using it .it will start making squalling sounds like a hyd pump dos at the end of its cyl travel. i can work the levers up an down really quick and it will stop sometimes and other times i have to work my levers down at my side. any ideas .

O, and i have changed the filters and fluid pretty often over the years.

Sounds like relief valve is sticking? Try over at redpowermagazine, some CIH mechanics on there.
