9n 3 point problem

I bought a 41 ford 9n and got it running but noticed the right side of the hydraulic pump was cracked from all the water in the fluid.I bought a rebuild kit with right and left side plates and new relief valve. I rebuilt the pump and the cylinder but now it will not lift any weight.If I lift the blade by hand it will stay up and only drop about 2 to 3 inches in 24 hours and with nothing on it it works fine. I have checked everything like the tube in front right and no leaks that I can find.
