Pete,

I'm pretty sure that, as tall as I sit, I'll be looking over about any windshield I'd find. As to buffeting wind for the passenger, I'm guessing that by the time I slide back to where I'm comfy, she'll be well hidden from wind (and probably any forward veiw, too. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif ).

I posted on the board you mentioned and hope someone's already solved this problem and I can just follow suit rather than re-invent the wheel. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

as far as windscreens go, the guys have been talking about a new aftermarket from Cee Bailey's ... custom and also custom sizes ... amy eb able to actually solve THAT problem ... as far as height ... I think the tallest person that posted on seats so was 6'5" ... but who knows ... there's over 3500 people that participate over there so you might get lucky!
What did you do for your current seat?

I got a stock seat and took it to me auto upholstery vendor and he took the upholstery off, reconfigured the padding so as to eliminate the back of the 'driver's bucket' and added a bit of angle padding from the front edge of the seat up to the level of the 'passenger' seat area. He then reupholstered it and I now have a seat thats more of a straight seat. I probably sit on what would normally be the top edge of the 'front' seatback.
