A/C for RTV?

Was at dealer and he said next year there will be an a/c in an RTV, is this true?

He said engine will go up 3-5 hp to run the compressor and it will either be soft or hard cab. Anyone else hear this?

I haven't seen it or heard it, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they come out next year. Seems like a natural evolution since they have hard tops, might as well climate control them.

I couldn't ever have one (well, not till I'm a senior citizen) cause I wouldnt get any work done. A/C spoils me and makes me lazy.

I am with you on that, but it is 95 here today with 55% humidity(which is low) and it would be nice to work and get into a cool cab. Dealer also said that a 2wheel drive model is coming out.

There in lies my dilema, work and cool cab, work and cool cab, soon becomes cool cab and cool cab. For me anyway. I seem to do better by getting into some shade, getting off my feet, and staying hydrated.

The attraction for A/C is undoubted. I guess the majority of the time it would be a good thing as I am not working hard all the time. Much of the time is cruising checking on animals and fences and for that it would be nice.

I guess my main reason for not doing so would be; when you put a cab on, it feels like you are not outside. A large attraction for these units is getting outside. Put a cab on it and it's like your in a car.
