A few points to consider:

1. The seller has perfect feedback, but it looks like they have only bought in the past, never sold.
2. Worldwide shipper, classic tell tale sign of these scams.
3. Crazy low starting price.

The user name owner has probably had their user name stolen just because of their high feedback rating.

It is in my oh so humble opinion, a SCAM.

If anyone gets the address, I'll be happy to go by and check it out, since it's IN DALLAS! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

4. Top speed of 40 km/h. No one in the U.S. has used the metric system since Jimmy Carter.

This is obviously a case of identity theft, by someone outside of the United States.

Scam or no scam... that's a pretty gnarley looking machine!

The other important part of checking feedback is to look at what the person is buying or selling.

The sellers only sales were back in 2001.

Recent purchases were for books and low ticket items. If the recent history showed mechanical equipment, parts, manuals, I'd be more inclined to follow through with some questions. Without a history of dealing in tractor type stuff, I'd tread very carefully.

I though it was interesting that past names used on this account was nyhoney and now classic clicker. Long way to commute from NY to TX.

I sent an email asking for an address and phone number, let's see if I even get a reply.

Another sign of a scam is the HIDDEN BIDDERS that is being used.

What is the extended weight box on the front. The ad says front hitch radar? JD says the 7810 is a 150hp, ad says 175.
