When I get depressed looking for stuff, I take a ride over to Junkman's road and can find just about anything known to man... As you know if you've been to his home, that IS, our biggest secret around here. It's the low rent district with huge yard sales, daily

Looks like an AMT (American Machine and Tool) lathe. I had one for several years until I got serious about turning. You got a good price on it, I saw one listed for $150 the other day. AMT sold out to Gorman Corp. in 2002, so I don't know if parts are still available, they used to put out a catalog of their tools and were similar to Grizzly. Not a bad little starter lathe, have fun turning.

Hey Larry,

I know where you liver. I don't know where the Junkman lives. There were quite a few yard sales around the lake that saturday morning when I went to get the lathe. I was looking at all the stuff as I drove by.

I'm sorry, the winch has a new home with many jobs to do. I have been looking for one of these cheap for almost a year.
