Hi you appleknockers! Those pictures were great, looks like the Ozark foothills here in Arkansas.

Thanks guys! The photos are wonderful. Trees are just starting to turn here in Georgia. Sure is a great time of year.

Very, very nice! ...and how long before you get some white stuff in the photos? You guys have the most gorgeous fall color of anywhere I have ever been. Great job!

Hi Jim,

It won't be long. In fact, there was a dusting of snow in a few places yesterday. I really enjoy all the seasons (especially since getting the snowblower with my BX).

Here's a peaceful view from my office window one day last winter.

Here are a couple of pics from Monday's snowfall here in Northern NH. Snow is all melted now. Pics are nowhere near as good of quality as some of the others here.

Huck,

Guess you're right! I never actually measured the distance. Just found Conklin on MapQuest. Is that the Susquehanna River running through town? Bet it's a nice place to live... it's definitely beautiful!

Take Care- Dave

Very nice photo, Huck! I love looking at it, but about one snowstorm like that per year is all we get here in Texas and that's enough for me. I like to look at it, but I am sure spoiled to our year-around nice weather.

Yes Dave, that river would be the long and winding Susquehanna. It's a pretty river and you're right -- it's a nice place to live.

You sound like my cousin. He loves getting the pictures of snow but prefers living in L.A.

I can't imagine spring being as exciting without having first come through the winter. The distinct seasons also help me to mark the time. It doesn't make the time go any slower -- but it helps me to appreciate it as it flies by. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
