That looks like a great deal. Those are very good tractors. I would check it out, Iseki's are built like tanks,and with the brush hog, and fel, you can't go wrong as long as it runs well, and there are no issues. That's a strong model, and should work great, what kind of work would you be doing with it? Those tend to go quick, so I would give him a call if you are interested.

I kike it.....

PRO's:
23 (PTO)HP, more like 27-28 engine HP, nice frame and rim/tire size...as seller said "It's not a lawn mower"
Loader...looks like it might even be quick attach. Definitely a Japanese model (Iseki FEL?)
Power steering....very important given it has the FEL.
Has tilt on 3 point.....nice feature.
ROPS and canopy
Adjustable rear rims and decent tires
"Free" mower

Con's
Kinda high hours......nothing horrible, just more than I like to see on a compact I'm buying.
2 wheel drive.
Shame it's not a shuttle model.

Is it worth $4K.....probably given the loader but I would not rate it as a "great deal", mostly due to to it being 2wheel drive and average condition/hrs.

That seems like potentially a pretty good deal. I think in my neck of the woods I would expect an asking price of 5500-6000. In the end it comes down to if you think it is worth the money. Good luck!
