I just checked the JD 640 loader mounts on my JD 6415. It has 7 bolts per side. 3 are easy to get to, they were tight, 2 are between the uprights and tractor frame, medium to get to, they took 1/4 to 1/2 turn to make torque spec. The last 2 are inside the mount. There is window cut in the bottom to get to them, limited room to work. I had to jack the front of the tractor up the get clearance to swing my torque wrench (3/4" drive). They took 1/2 to 3/4 turns to get to torque spec. I am glad I checked.
