A Kubota \"Thank You\" story...
Once upon a time..
I posted a request for my father who was trying to decide on a compact, and received several messages and advice posts which I forwarded so he could make an easier decision. They were friendly and helpful and allowed him to narrow down brand, size, and choice parameters as well as implement needs.
He went over and talked to the Kubota dealer (armed with some of his great smoked salmon, right out of the smoker!) and in three weeks, the dealer found him a used B2910 w/FEL-- had 70 hours on it ( A $urprise, as he wanted a used one but since they are in short supply around here; he figured he would have to buy a new rig) so he drove over right away to take it for a test spin and was very impressed--said it looked clean, was very comfortable, with controls well placed and the perfect size for his needs.
He requested some extras, such as a "4 in 1", loaded R4s, Backhoe and other "Add-Ons" as suggested by members (such as Rick Jay, whose posts are always interesting and educational.) and they are customizing it as requested.
He should be getting the whole (orange!) enchilada delivered this weekend--just in time, as the list of projects is two pages and growing!
I'm sure many of you remember the excitement and anticipation he is feeling right now?!
Anyway, he asked me to send a "Thank You" to the TBN members..
I will try to get a picture for posting next time I get up there to visit, if I can get him to stop long enough for a photo opportunity.
