More storage options.
Deere has a couple of soft-shell storage thingees that either sit in the cargo bed or hang on the front side of the bed -- neither appear to fit my needs, which are hand tools, spray paint, small tow chains, bungee cords, chain saw accessories, etc.
Would also love to see a glove box door and some storage for the cab and front end.
I am getting the screen that protects the cab from the cargo bed -- may be looking at hanging tools off that.
These are ideas I have before I've even taken delivery of the HPX.

I think you would like the set of storage compartments that fits over the front of the bed. theres 4 compartments 1 behind each seat then another set on the inside of the bed. it also comes with a bed cover which ive never really used but you might find it handy. the compartments are quite nice I have a pair of small loppers in among other things I like to carry with me. I need to rearrange things so I can put my come-along behind my seat though.

Also I will get pics of the clutch tomorrow sorry that I didn't do it earlier I missed your post.

i am presently trying to make a rack that ataches to the top back part of the cab and it should mount high enough to be able to open the bed regularly.the rack is gonna be about 18''x48'' or maybe 24x48. but i'm makin it out of 3/8 round bar and some exspansion metal. it will bolt to the existing brackets on the back of the roll cage (old style) . to me i think the rack should be able to hold 100lbs or more when finished. hey to me if i'm gonna make a rack and put it on my hpx it better well be able to handle what the gator can /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif i'll post some pics of it as soon as it's finish.i plan on useing it for my winchand a few other things that i have stored in a tool box in the bed.and i'm gonna mount my lights on the to the rack after its up there.. i'm thinkin of switchin out my 4 top drivin lights. they are 4 55watt and i want to replace them with 2 100watt spot lights.

How about a rear bumper that doubles as a hitch? (Or hitch that doubles as a bumper). I am concerned about backing up in the woods and hitting a tree with the bed -- in which case I'm going to be paying a lot more to fix/replace the bed than any cost of a bumper.
I appreciate this might be a challenge, seeing that the bed tilts down pretty far.
