Anyone had luck with acupuncture to correct some lower leg neuropathy symptoms. Should have tried it sooner. It can treat the symptoms and possibly give some nerve sensation back, the good ones.

Got an appointment Monday for my first. Met my limit on gabpentin, e.g. side effects showing up but now getting some tops of feet on fire sometimes.

Hopefully, you can get some relief with the acupuncture. Had it done on a perpetual stiff neck and it worked wonders.

My wife has neuropathy in her feet due to nerve damage from radiation treatment. She had it for years. She used to go to an acupuncturist some what regularly prior to covid. It gave her some relief, but not much. It's worth trying. YMMV.

I'd be interested to see if it helps you. My wife has neuropathy in her feet and it is driving her crazy. We've been to a few specialists and no one can offer anything that works. Let us know if it helps.

Please post if it works for you. My Father is suffering neuropathy and the doctors have been very little help.

I tried acupuncture for my leg and foot neuropathy about a year ago with no change or improvement. I hope I am in the minority and wish you the best. It’s certainly an experience. Lyrica seems to help a little after trying 8-10 others.

I had some nerve pain that was greatly helped by acupuncture. It happened after I stepped off a ladder 2 steps up with a coil nailer in my hand. Took 2 treatments to get it almost normal, had to go back about a year later to get treatment again. Tried the Chiropractor 1st and all was good there.

Many people with neuropathy turn to acupuncture to relieve their chronic pain. It also stimulates blood flow to restore nerve damage. When I suffered from the pain, my doctor prescribed me pills, but having checked the info about them on the Canadian pharmacy site, I was frightened by the side effects. So, I decided to try acupuncture first. I should say, it helped me a lot. In my opinion, it is worth trying.
