Oil & Fuel Add Engine Oil

Midniteoyl - thank for your response, that is not the oil fill below the oil filter. I looked at that, the oil filter has to be removed just to remove the cap on that thing. Still not sure what it is but seems like some sort of pressure regulator.
K5lwq - thanks for your reponse, I saw that but thought that was attached to the fuel injection system. If it isn't then that's great, now I know where to add the oil. However are you sure that is it? I don't want to add oil in the wrong place and mess up the injectors or something.
