Hi, I have a snapper 1855 with two hydraulic levers installed from the factory. would it be possible to split another set to add a third lever for either front or rear hydraulics? Please excuse my ignorance, but what does FEL stand for. Thanks.

FEL = Front End Loader.

If you have a stacked valve, you can add another spool and using longer bolts.

If the hyd system is open center hyd, and if it is a mono-block valve, and it has PB, just add the new valve in series and plug off the forth spool work ports.

PB = Power Beyond

PB is used to pass fluid to the next valve.

It is just good practice to connect valves in an open center hyd system, using the PB port.

The PB port is designed to handle the high pressure, whereas the TANK port may only handle pressures up to about 500 psi.

The PB from one valve should go to the IN port of the next valve.

The last valve in the system does not need PB as all the flow goes to tank.
