Adding a Two Spool remote -- Do I need to connect "Tank"

This valve (supposedly -- China valve so not so good documentation) does not have a PB plug. It is by default plumbed for power beyond. It seems to be working, but I haven done almost nothing with it, so I will just not use it until I get the return plumbed in. Thanks for all of the hints!!!
