Adding Hydraulic Remotes

Good Morning Everyone........I have an L4310HST and was wanting to install hydraulic remotes. Can anyone give me an educated guess on how much a dealer would charge to install these? Thanks.

I paid my dealer $149 for the optional 2nd rear remote to be added. I think the Bobcat dealer was charging $179 or 169 each.

It was a smart decision in my book.

Normally the first remote is the most expensive. The factory kit includes an adapter to tap into the hydraulic system. Then additional remotes stack onto the first and are less expensive.

If you already have a loader they could be added for a bit less with non factory parts.
I added four remotes to my L3800 and I spent about $1200 on parts and did all of the installation myself.
I used all quality parts and that figure included everything down to the last tie wrap.

You did ask how much the dealer would want to install, I'd guess parts and labor about a $1000-$1500.

The installation of the rear remotes is an easy job. I just installed one factory rear remote on my L3240-HST. The kit was $650 from the dealer. Installation took about 90 minutes.
