Sure, GPM's determines speed of operation.
Example, it takes about 9 HP to pump 5 GPM at 2500 psi.
Your PTO has about 14.2 HP, so you could power a pump pumping about 8 GPM's at 2500 psi.
If you are moving/transporting, some of that HP is used for the drive train.
