I am glad to hear you handled Irma.
Are you willing to answer a few questions about your TNT?

I'm also highly interested in this kind of kit for my 110!

Ill give you $20.00 for the parts list showing partnumbers and suppliers. I do not expect you to give it for free.

Sorry for the delayed response. I might have reasons, but no good excuses. I have had no issues with the set up, but two things to keep in mind, I do not put many hours on it, and if I am doing something that will be running the tractor for long periods at pto speed, without me on the operator station, (think generator, or chipper), I bypass the valve assembly. When I had first installed it, I ran the chipper, for at least 1/2 hour (likely more.. don't remember), and hydraulic temp never even moved, so I feel everything should be ok, but for as easy as it is to bypass the valve, I don't chance it. hose length is going to depend upon (exactly) where you place your valve and couplers. Although I prefer o-ring sealing fittings, I used jic hoses from surplus supply. I made a decision that I would not be running implements that required large amounts of hydraulic flow, so I used 1/4 inch hoses to couplers, to help slow down top/tilt cylinder operation. The control valve is a 'brand hydraulics' valve available from either northern, or surplus. I did change internal linkage so that the cylinders would operate direction of joystick. I was somewhat tricky to do that, but I had detailed directions from the manufacturer. hope this helps.

im trying to setup a similar system for my 110, but i do not know of the aforementioned switch for when the backhoe is on vs off. i do see the diverters but those have been played with for adding a continuous flow second set of remotes on the FEL (i assume for a sweeper, i am the second owner of my machine). Could someone point me in the right direction? the parts manual and service manual were not much help.

It resides in the right side saddle where the backhoe mounts. It has a metal reed on the switch itself to actuate the switch. I'll see if I can grab you a pic on mine.

Nice thread. I've not got anything to offer, but thinking of doing the same thing on my Kubtoa M59 & JD310 to get some more options for rear hydraulic outlets. Both models do offer kits from the manufacturer, but they seem way more elaborate and expensive than they need to be. Kubota wants a few thou, and JD wants twice that.

Just as an aside I sure wish that the JD110 was still in production.....andthe Yanmar CBL40. Kubota makes a good TLB, but it doesn't make much sense to me that the other companies didn't continue.
Make Great Tractors Again!
