Kubota B8200, then a Kubota L3130 HST, now a Kubota L3400 HST
$76 including shipping is a great deal- even with careful shopping, I paid almost that much for the steel, bolts and combine teeth that I used for my 48" bar. Well, maybe less, but when you figure hassle and shipping, it's a deal!
My bucket teeth bolt on individually and yes it cost me over $50 for new bolts a while back. I do have an excavation bucket, the bottom is 1/2 inch thick, so the bolt on teeth work fine.
I thought I read a thread awile back that Fabco no longer sold to the public, only dealers.
I was also going to order some teeth and shanks this spring.
I guess I'll have to call them and find out!
Willman, Are you talking about individual teeth ? If so I am interested in what you find out. Never mind, I checked their website and they don't have the kind I would need.
Thanks
Ben
I placed an order for teeth and adapters last week although the ones I wanted (pinned not crimped) won't be in stock until next month. You will need to find the rest of the toothbar parts from a welding supply shop. If you search on "Fabco" you will find where some purchased crimp style teeth and then had to drill them out. If I am correct, the pin on style will already be drilled. Sorry, I don't have the part numbers written down anywhere but Kelly at Fabco was very helpful. I had read where someone said they no longer sold to the public but was able to place an order. You will have to get invoiced and pay by check before shipping. I am hoping to fabricate my toothbar next month and will post some pics.
Sounds like Fabco is taking individual orders, thats great!
I have their catalog, got it last fall, was gonna order teeth and adaptors (shanks) this spring.
Just need to pick up the steel for the rest of it.
I too wanted to get the pin-on teeth.
Any idea of costs for a set?
