Are you putting the Eberling rear blade on the tractor, or a truck? They look real handy, especially for a light snow of what you are needing to tackle over large areas.

What tractor do you have? Are you adding the tractor for more power to move more snow farther? Just curious.

My wing plow, although cheap to build, quick to attach, and fits on both sides is not a design that would work well for clearing/cleaning as you would want to do. There would have to be some trip mechanism and/or tripping blade edges added to do that. My concoction works well for making a shelf, and I don't drop it down to contact ground/drive surface (leave that up to the front blade that is designed to handle that contact).

There are no problems Only Solutions. I was not looking for consultants only friendly advice.
Consultants on average have no real world experience in this field. I live in a rural area and
am well versed in a variety of farming applications nevertheless I have not implemented a
tractor for snow removal other than on the farm with 16' front blades on case & john deere
tractors. I was looking for alternative applications and thought I might find one or more on
TBN.


To beenthere: I'm attaching the Ebling plow to a case jx series tractor if it's proves to be as productive as I expect it to be I'll add more units in the spring decreasing my reliance on pickup plows
The tractor will bring to the table a better field of vision for the operator, Power to move larger amounts of snow in less time and ability to negotiate obstacles such as curbs and light poles.
