All kinds of things are designed differently for turbo vs. NA. Pistons shape, exhaust, valves, cooling system, head. I wouldn't try this w/o this information and knowing it would work.

Yes, I agree, one of the first excersises I do when comparing engine arrangements or components for compatability is, the turbo, injectors, pistons, and fuel injector pumps. This is on Cat engines, as this is the experience I have, but sure these few components are critical to a long lasting engine. This was with older mechanical engines, nowadays with electronic injectors, you now need compatible components as well as a dealer flash file to rerate the engine. This very well could be declined by the dealer as it could be at the detriment of the machines drivetrain and or design.
