We want to put additional lighting on our Mule. I'm thinking over head forward on the roll bar and a light to the rear. Has anyone done this? I'm looking for ideas. Thanks, Mark

you can never have enough lights on a utv. i have a rear floodlight and two floods mounted in the front and one overhead light in the rops and i use them all the time . now i didn't install leds i wish i had and i plan on switchin them out with leds .regular lights suck up way to much amps and volts whereas leds barely use any and they are way brighter than regular lights. checkout your local auto parts store to see what kinda leds they have or look in the net for some now keep in mind they are a bit more pricy than regular lights but hey they will save on power and they will outlast them regular lights 10 times over.post some pictures of them when you install them.

Mark, on my 3010 Trans diesel I've added a winch, windshield, bedliner, floor mats and a plastic top that has recesses for two front and one rear light of which I have yet to install. I'm sure there are a lot of other Muleys beside myself who want overhead lights so please keep us posted and include photos if you do the install!

We own a 2510 Mule and needed some extra lighting. We put a cab light that has an off and on switch on the front bar shining back into the cab and it does bleed enough into the bed. A cab light is very similar to a light that was used in pickup trucks over the rear window. We ran a new power wire to this light so we can use it anytime. It really lights up the cab or our mule.
We also welded a z type bracket to the same bar facing foward and put a wide angle flood light that swivels 270 degrees. This light is wired to the existing light switch.
