Your right the grey arm got bent, had a little sluge bucket on the back and had been moving sand for a few hrs.i had less than 40 hrs on machine.Very poor weld,at International we use to thread the rod into clevis an weld from both sides. Now i have 58 hrs on.

Mine did not break but it did bend (even the thread). The cause of the problem is using the lower link to push instead of pull. If you plan on pushing a lot reinforce the lower arms. 3RRL has photo's one how he re-inforced his. If you look at the other lower link it is probably bent even worse. A press should be able to straighten the out fairly easy. Re-weld and go back to work.

Had the same weld break on my DK35. I just re-welded it.

Three point hitches are meant for pulling.
Pushing is very hard on them......as you can tell.
I've bent my fair share, also destroyed a boxblade with a DK50 pushing with it.

I agree with BTI. If this was done pushing i dont think i would do it again. I havent had this problemw with my CK20. However. I also tighten my check chains on the arms. That helps alot when pushing so you dont get the side to side motion. Also helps when turning while pulling asomething like a bushhog. But i will also tell you that battle scars like this will happen with normal use. Tractors i dont care how large or small exert huge amounts of force on things. Stuff like the arms and that sort are designed to give and break before more serious stuff breaks. Wait untill you rip the pins out of the frame where the lift arms attach to the tractor. I did that on a huge John Deere one time pulling a subsoiler in an open field. Not a pleasent experience not a cheap one either.

You need a set of stabilizer bars. You can't do box blade type work with out them they keep the lifting arms from bending and keep your implements lined up straight.

Could be just the camera angle but is the gray steel arm bent?

Re the 3PH lower lift arms....

I noticed right away that the stay chains on the arms will rub the
tires when using a box scraper. This is despite using the AG tires set
at maximum track (width). 3PH lower pin spacing on various
implements does vary, unfortunately. This is a Worksaver BB66.

I deliberately bent the arms outward slightly, using a chain and a
small "porta-power" hydraulic jack to spread them.
