am getting frustrated trying to adjust my 3 pt hitch w/land pride qh-15 series hitch.
at delivery, the hitch was too high to pick up on the weight box pins. i loosened the jam nut on the rightside turn buckle, then turned the turn buckle to lower it (rightside only) to a point where, were it to be level, would easily pick up the 3 pt attachment.
alas, the left hand side of the 3 pt hitch is skewed upward and 3 to 4 inches above the right hand side when standing behind the tractor. the top link, also seems to pointing to the right (the right is skewed down and right. i assume the top link should be pointing straight back?)
mower deck is in the top position. have tried to stand on left arm (i weigh 250 lbs) to see if my weight would aid the gravity down . . . no such luck
my dealer seems stumped. . . any kubota veterans have a much needed solution? i tried to participate in a similar posting earlier . . . but am as stumped as my dealer.
thanks in advance. shrekbelly

The left side arm is solid...measure the distance from the top pin holding the arm to the lifting bar to the bottom pin...then measure the same points on the right (adjustable) side... are they the same length? if so the hitch should be level.?

Are the "check chain" turnbuckles adjusted to the same lengths?

I'm not familiar with that quick hitch but the left arm should lower to about 8 inches from the ground to the center of the ball. How high is yours? If the lift arm's going down to 8 inches, the problem is with the QH or the attachment itself. How high above the ground are the pins on the box?

Possible solutions are to block up the weight box when you remove it, relocate the pins on the weight box, or remove the QH.

The right side should be adjusted to be level with the left unless you need to tilt an implement such as a blade.

I keep my weight box on a dolly so it's up about 3" - 4" from the ground and have no problem hooking up, but I don't have a quick hitch. However, for $20 I had a machine shop drill another set of holes in my lower links 1.5" closer in to the tractor. I do find the BX hitch does not go low enough for some attachments so this gives me the option to drop my rake lower, for example, or hook up to lower attachments, but, I give up some lift rating by moving the link pins in an inch and a half. If I need the full lift rating of the 3PH, I can just go back to the original link pin holes.

I am not familiar with the 3 pt on Kubota. My JD has one side that is manually adjustable with screw style adjustment. The other side has 2 or 3 holes at the bottom that allows it to be pinned at different lengths. Can your kubota do that?

I've noticed that my 3 point arms are very stiff. When hooked up to the QH its hard to tell but the arms are shifting to the left and right and when they do it throws off the ballance of the QH. Push your QH left and right and make sure you leave it centered before adjusting the link. Also when using a QH it is important to block up your attachments that are low to the ground. 3 point arms would normally just spread and slide over the pins but a QH has to drop anywhere from 3 to 5 inches below the pins to attach. I always try to block up my impliments or move the pins on them for use with my QH.

i surrender, will call my dealer to have him p/u my bx2360. my weight box is up on a furniture dolly. tractor is a bit to light to have loader on an no additional weight in the rear. all future implements will be up on dollies.
as per my previous post. i was able to get the right side arm low enough to
to p/u the right side pin of the weight box . . . however the left arm remains skewed, higher by 4 to 5 inches.
i'm wondering if the qh-15 series should have been placed on the 3 pt hitch at a/the lowest setting. i just don't know. until remedied, attachments must/can weight from my dealer.
