I had to turn mine quite a few turns... it would barely lift 500 lbs before, I lifted 1600 after setting it to factory specs

Hey Jim, what is factory specs for the cabelas machine? I am going to buy a gauge for mine . Would rear hydraulics for backhoe be same setting?

I think it was 1650 in the book, I’ll have to look.. usually it’s advertised in the specs in small print when they talk about loader lift etc..
I’m not sure if yours has more than one relief valve.. may have one near back hoe as well... mine is on the loader valve itself

Just some info. At 100 hours I changed the hydro and HST filters and replaced the fluid with the best fluid I could fine. While I was under the tractor I tightened up all the suction hose clamps. Now the loader has a lot more lift capacity and will pick the front wheels off the ground with ease. I never did check the pressure but all is well.

I have the Cabelas LM36HST 2016 model. I got my manual from my Cabelas dealer. It is for the TYM T354HST. It says the main pressure is 145kgf (2062psi). It says the valve is in the PTO solenoid valve. The only thing I can find on this valve is what looks like a plug with an allen plug in it. It is facing forward. Right behind the cruise control. It is so close that I don't think it can be moved with moving something out of the way. Going into work today and get my stubby aliens and see if I can turn any of this. The valve is different from the drawing in the manual. Mine also has the plug in the loader valve. My loader will not come close to picking up the front wheels as it is set now. I am trying to push off a pad for a building to keep the tractor in and the loader is a struggle.

I thought the Mechanic in Garner was going to be some help to me. I know more about these tractors than he does. They don't even have a pressure gauge in the shop. They kept my tractor there for a month and didn't fix anything. I still have a bad display panel that they didn't fix. :(
