What year is your tractor? Mine is a 2015, also it came with a back hoe.. I didn't get the back hoe but it was plumbed for the hydraulics for it. Possible that the valve is different because of those two variables?

Its a 2016 and I do have the backhoe on it. Mine is a shuttle shift not hst, wouldnt think that should make a difference though. Here is a pic looking at the same valve from directly below, that is the mounting bracket on the back ( left ) of picture. Just trying to get oriented to exactly what Im looking for. Thanks guys.

Hmm, this is the only allen on the back of the valve, it is directly above the 2 silver cable inputs.

I looked at mine today. My adjustment screw is in the same place as that allen screw in your picture. Yours must have a spring with shims instead of adjustable.

So your adjuster is directly above the 2 input control cables Bud?
Hoping Jim can chime in to as he seems to have the exact same tractor as mine. Dam adjuster would be so much easier then messing with shims...

Thanks

Yes right above the cables. Loader valves look the same as yours. My tractor is a LM45H. It has a woods LD102 loader. I turned mine all the way clockwise. It made no difference. I don't have a gauge. I think on mine there is another PRV. somewhere down the line. I thing the remote valves is last in the circuit, then the fluid goes in the rear housing to the three point left cylinder. There is a PLV on the left side under the seat just forward of the three point left arm. I believe I need to adjust this one but I wanted to check with the mechanic at Cabelas to be sure. I have to take it next week to get the display changed out and I am hoping he has a gauge.

Another thing I noticed on the tractor is than when the bucket is full of dirt the tractor must be moving to be able to turn the steering wheel. That is to say if the tractor is sitting still the wheels are hard to tun. I have never noticed this on other tractors I owned.

I had a similar issue with my steering but it was when it was in some soft ground and I was trying to crank the wheel at a stand still, the steering wheel would move but not tires, Cabelas mechanic said it was due to hydraulic blow by or off so you cant damage steering.
I actually had talked with him about adjusting hydraulic pressure and while he did "sort" of admit they ship under set, he wouldnt give me location or anything else on how to adjust, I'm sure its due to the day and age we live in now of lawyers and lawsuits...

I talked to the mechanic yesterday. He said there was a service bulletin about removing the loader valve PRV and plugging the hole. Then you use the adjustable PRV that is on the right side of the hydro housing under the seat to set the pressure for the whole system. He is going to do this on mine while he has it in the shop.

Hmm thats interesting, I need to crawl around under mine more, I'm also going to order a pressure gauge.

That PRV would be on the left side not right as I stated in the above post. Easy to see a little hard to get to.

Thanks Bud, I'll crawl under and take a look.
