Thanks all for the help I've received. I've stayed with the turf tires on my Kubota B2910 for the time being. I bought a set of chains from the local dealer, but there isn't enough clearance between the tires and the fender.

The dealer suggested I adjust the wheels. There's a spacer in between the wheel that needs to be flipped around.

I haven't done this before. Anything I need to know. I plan to borrow a jack from the neighbor.

I've worked on cars, so will follow the usual safety procedures: park in a level place, set the brake, block the wheels, etc.

Anything else I need to know?

Hi Chris,

I'm not sure about your Kubota, but on my Ford the turf tires are adjusted by just turning them around. Gives a little extra room for chains, but unfortunately the valve stem ends up on the inside (not a huge problem). Hope this helps.
