Adobe giving away Free Software

As a clarification, Adobe Acrobat reader (meaning you can view pdf files) has been a free download forever (or at least for years). Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions

It's very different from Adobe Acrobat, which allows you to create pdf files.

Lots of free apps available online for creating pdf files though, if you need it (and it's very handy).

Anybody happen to record the serial number for Acrobat 8 pro?

I started the download when I left the office last night, when I arrived this morning the page had updated and was different.

Acrobat 8 Pro no longer available? It downloaded successfully, I neglected to note the serial number.

Found serial number on what appears to be a japanese website:

Thanks, downloaded here at work, will burn to disc and install at home. No 64 bit issues there, running some "older" systems at home. We have access to all Adobe products here at work.

The software is 10 years old, designed to work with XP or older versions of MacOS. It may or may not work with newer operating systems. It's quite a package for free, though. I suspect it will bring a lot of customers in for the new stuff.
