~Advice needed about Skid Steer Loaders

I'm in NE PA and I'm looking for a low cost used skid loader <4k.
This is my first buy but have been doing homework to get up to speed. I have one quote for a Gehl 4610, 10k+ hrs (equip dealer central PA).

If all works, is this a good buy-also what should I be looking for in making a decision?

Could anyone recommend used equip dealers in PA for this range.

I don't want a money pit, but something known to be reliable and comparatively economically to maintain.

Any insight/recommendation is greatly appreciated?
