Nothing wrong with buying good used equipment if you can find it. I always am on the lookout for good used stuff but rarely find it in my area. The rbt series is a good way to go since you are getting all the hydraulics. I tend to buy the better implements one at a time as I can afford them as in the past buying cheaper stuff always seemed to be money wasted.
For me, the two middle of the line (MidWest) implements that I have purchased worked for a short time. Both ended up twisted up enough that use of them became either impossible (landscape rake) or difficult (rear blade) at best. I do not blame the manufacturer or the implement. I blame the dealer (out of business by the way) that sold them to me saying that they would be fine behind my 75HP tractor. They were not ok and the dealer response to the damaged implements was that I must have abused them. Well I have to agree with them, when you put an implement that is built to go behind a 4-6 thousand pound tractor behind a 9k pound machine, bad things can happen.
Just one of my learning experiences.
