One thing about the tc series of the new hollands.. the front of the hood is sloped down to give more loader visibility..

I looked at the New Holland as well as the JD4310. Both are excellent. I decided to go with the Kubota L3010 with a HD bucket. I have been very satisfied and think I got a very acceptable financial package to go with it as well. For attachments I purchased a 60" Land Pride rotary mower. The whole deal was under $17,500.

B-T-W, my first choice was a used JD-955 but they cost as much as new. I cancelled that idea.

Outside of my JD318, before I logged on to this TBN website, I knew nothing about tractors. In the process of reviewing many postings I learned enough to be dangerous at the dealer. Read as many of the posts as you can. You will get a fairly good education.

Bottom line is you will do very well with Blue, Green or Orange, but they all feel different and they all take time to get used to. My belief is that they all are over-engineered for most non-commercial or light duty applications.

Researching the project is half the fun!

Good luck with your new tractor... you are right either of the "Big 3" would be a great choice... it should always boil down to the dealer!
Many happy hours!

I echo others comments on here....Blue, Green, Orange all make good products once you decide which works best for you. Also make sure you are 'comfortable' with the dealer! Your relationship with him over the long haul is an important factor to consider!

Good luck & enjoy the seat time!.
