I've demo'd a lot of concrete driveways over the years. The ones with wire take a lot more work to break up then ones with out. When you run across a driveway poured right; 3000 psi, wire, 6" thick, well compacted ground underneath; poured at a reasonable slump; they are very difficult to break up with a back hoe.
