In short, no nothing made in the last 20 years fits your bill. The closest would be something like a JD X7 is about the smallest thing (in the JD line) that has a transmission that'll work for that. Going older there are the X4x5/X5x5 series (but not the X5x0 (that end in a zero) models... those are stamped steel lawnmower frames) or the 4x5 series before that or the 300 or 400 series before that (Sorry, I know the JD line not other mfrs) but yea, the gist is you're looking at 20-40 year old machines because they definitely don't make them like they used to.
