I don't think that I am going to call the guy, at least not to ask him to pay for the repairs. I do need to call him to ask him a question, and I may mention the problems to him then, but I will not ask him to pay for the repairs. If he offers, I'll accept on the bracket, but not on the tailwheel.

<font color="blue"> Soundguy</font>, thanks for the heads-up on TSC. However, I called two of the local (new place) TSCs, but neither carries rotary mower tail wheels. They both said they would have to special order it. One of them is checking to see how much a new one would be. I'll also have to look into finding a tractor junkyard in the area. It didn't occur to me that there would be such a place.

Make sure you go back and pick up that rock. Get rid of it so you don't hit it again. Spent a lot of my childhood picking up rocks in our fields.
